ELISA Lab

The ELISA Lab is about finding out if some one is infected by, for example their blood samples. It works by inserting several chemicals in a tube then inserting some sample of someones DNA. After that you have to wait for the color would appear or not. If the color changes it means it positve, so that person is infected. If the color doesnt change that means that person is not infected. The animation how I wanted it to be was not completly done. However, its suppoce to show that when someone gets infective by some else and they find out what it is to find a cure.

In this animation you will learn how to transform bacteria.The first thing you will see and do is how to get a colony from the bacteria with a sterile loop.Then, you will put the colony inside one of the microtubes. When your done with that you put the some of the DNA inside a petri dish and get your solution.This is how your solution has to look like.
I did this animation for my multimedia class because couple months ago I did this Transformation Lab for my biotechnology class. So, now when people see this animation they would understand how the lab works.

In this blog you will learn how to streak the bacteria. In the blue box it describes the steps that you need to follow one by one. Then the buttons will make the animation start and show you how the steps work and look.
